About Sergio
Sergio Vacilotto, P.Eng., GSC
Founder & Principal, SAV Impresa Management
Sergio Vacilotto brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in both commercial and residential developments across the Greater Toronto Area. As the founder of SAV Impresa Management, Sergio has led numerous successful projects and is recognized for his deep industry knowledge, precision, and commitment to excellence.
A graduate of Ryerson University (B.Eng. Civil Engineering, 1995), Sergio began his career with a focus on mid-rise and high-rise residential construction, managing developments from four to 62 storeys. Notably, he was involved in the landmark Absolute World Towers in Mississauga, Ontario — one of the GTA’s most iconic residential projects.
Sergio’s passion for construction was inspired at an early age by his father, and his hands-on approach continues to shape SAV Impresa’s personalized and quality-driven management style.
